Job Description:
The Program and Policy Reviewer will apply their knowledge, experience, administrative and organizational skills in a support role to the Compliance Manager in accordance with YWCA Dayton’s mission.
Daily job duties include:
- Organize, proof, coordinate accreditation documents and reports
- Track certification and evidence expiration dates
- Prepare documents for meetings, etc.
- Create and maintain COA evidence binders
- Add/update content
- Organize files
- Track new documents/check for congruency
- Update and request required evidence documentation as necessary
- Take notes during COA related meetings, PQI meetings, etc
Required Skills Sets:
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
- Can handle confidential matters with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong time management skills and be able to work to meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of office technologies and office computer software, such as Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Understand and utilize Internet applications, such as email
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Currently obtaining or have obtained Associates degree or higher
- Administrative assistance experience is preferred
- Pass a criminal background check
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
