Project Do Something Boston is a homeless street outreach organization that provides basic necessities and LOTS OF LOVE to our homeless friends in the Boston Medical Center area of Boston, MA. On any given Tuesday or Thursday, we provide food, clothing, toiletries, and friendship for as many as 100 homeless people in this section of the city.
We need up to 5 volunteers each Tuesday and Thursday night in March and April (with few exceptions) to assist us with handing out food, clothing, and toiletries. No need to bring anything (though donations are always welcome). We will provide the items to serve; just show up with a smile ready to help and meet as many as 100 new friends!

Description
Project Do Something Boston is a Homeless Outreach Group that goes out to the streets twice a week to do anything we can to help out our family experiencing homelessness.
We bring out Drinks, Food, Socks, Underwear, Clothing and Blankets. We make sure to make time to talk to everyone and see how they are doing and get to know them. We feel that making a personal connection and knowing people's story is equally important and we form strong bonds with most everyone we meet.
We are very passionate about what we do and would love to share this experience with others.
