Twenty miles may as well be a million for someone who doesn't think a high school education is within reach. You can change that. People in Wilmer, AL are waiting for you. Tutor training is provided free. Class is in session Tuesday and Thursday evenings at a former elementary school (6383 Second St.) off Hwy 98 in Wilmer. These classes have given hope to people who thought there was nothing for them, no pathway to better jobs and a better life.
