We are having a baby shower for our young families on Tuesday, March 20 that Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake. The event is from 5 - 7pm.
At the Baby Shower event there will be volunteer activities like onesies and bibs decorating, dry soup mix making for new moms, diaper bag packs and so much more.
There are many ways to participate.
- Attend the volunteer event.
The Link supplies everything for the event. Volunteers simply have to show up and have fun! To cover the cost of the provided supplies, volunteers make a $50 donation to attend. Can you believe that $50 is the amount it would take to buy 2 large boxes of diapers! The expense of these needed supplies is a challenge for our families to meet. Help out our young families by joining the baby shower.

Description
The Link is a non-profit started in 1991 by Vikings Jim Marshall and Oscar Reed. The Link is a youth services provider offering services through 3 divisions: Housing and Homeless Services, Juvenile Justice, and Safe Harbor. Throughout those divisions, The Link serves over 3,300 youth and young families a year in the 7 metro counties. Services provided to youth include housing support, case management and stabilization, education support, community outreach, and more.
