Tutors/Teachers: Expected to help with assigned homework, then to supplement the student's academic enrichment by providing grade-appropriate additional study material.
Teacher Assistant: Assist tutors/teachers with classroom management. Work one on one with students who need special attention.
Cafe Workers: Serve meals, monitor students while they eat and clean up cafe area.
Greeters/Hall Monitors: Greet and escort students to the cafeteria and classroom; ensure students are escorted at all times throughout the building.
Activities Workers: Prepare and deliver an enrichment activity for the students which may include music, art, drama, physical activity, meditation or other fun activities.

Description
Our community programming is conducted through the Youth Enrichment Program of Greater Cleveland which is our tuition-free after school enrichment program, currently serving 25 students in grades K-5 from elementary schools in the Greater Cleveland area. This effort was conceived as our Justice for Children initiative. The goals of the program are to contribute to our students ability to read at or above grade level.
