Seeking Kansas City entrepreneurs

STARBASE Kansas City is seeking Kansas City area entrepreneurs to come share about their journey to start their businesses at our summer academy called "STARBASE Entrepreneurs." Although I published morning hours, we are certainly open to accommodate the dates/times you would have available (academy begins at 9 am; ends at 2 pm) to present. We will be using the Junior Achievement program, "It's My Business" as the basis of the academy. Your personal testimony would be a great addition to the week to encourage these young entrepreneurs (grades 4th-6th) along in the entrepreneurial process.

In addition, we are seeking out two additional volunteers to come Thursday, June 28, to act as "judges" for the final session of the JA program. Student teams will have developed a prototype of their product and will be presenting a product "pitch" to these judge volunteers. The role of the judge will be to not only listen but to offer helpful feedback to the teams, along with awarding "JA Bucks" to each group to help them move their cause forward. The estimated time required for this is 2 hours.
