Volunteers drivers needed to transport Veterans to their Medical Appointment
The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC) in Augusta, Georgia is seeking volunteer drivers from the Augusta, Georgia area. Volunteers will provide free transportation for Veterans receiving medical care from CNVAMC. The position requires operating a passenger vehicle provided by CNVAMC. Available shifts are Monday - Friday at 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and pass a physical examination provided by the Medical Center. The VA provides the vehicle, maintenance and gas.
