Fundraiser Volunteers Needed

Our fundraiser is a Wine Pull at Casa Garcia's Restaurant. Texas Kids Read will need two people to sell wine corks, one person to pass out the bags of wine to people as they leave and one person to act as an assistant to Rosanne Crump. We need everyone to arrive at 6pm to help set up.
Duties description:

• Selling Wine Corks - we will have numbered wine corks hanging on a decorative tree. Guests may purchase corks for $20 each or 3 for $50. Each cork matches a numbered bag with a bottle of wine that they will receive as they leave. Volunteers will have an iPad to accept debit or credit cards as payment. Checks and cash will also be accepted. Guest must be 21 or older to purchase a wine cork. Any issues with this can be directed to David or Rosanne Crump
• Passing Out Bags - Since the wine cannot be consumed on the premises guests will receive their wine when they leave.
• Assistant to Rosanne - I will need someone to do anything and everything for me. I will be recovering from surgery so the assistant's position will be a person who will carry out whatever comes up.
