Now that volunteers have helped successfully clear Iron Mountain Park of invasive species, it's time to plant the native species that call Oregon home. The Friends of Iron Mountain will be nestling native plants into the landscape from 1:00 - 3:00, and are excited for you to join them!
Parking: Gravel trail head is off Brookside Rd./Twin Fir Rd behind Oswego Hunt Club.

Mission Statement
Lake Oswego Parks Stewardship works with the Parks Department and multiple Friends of the Parks groups and volunteers to restore hundreds of natural acres in its parks. The volunteer outreach helps contribute to important habitat for plants and animals, watershed and storm water management and health.
Description
Lake Oswego Stewardship partners with 9 Friends of the Parks volunteer groups, youth groups, schools, churches and local community members to restore the natural areas of its parks.
