Canine Companions for Independence is looking for a Participant Recruitment Chair/Co-Chairs to lead a committee to recruit participants for the 2019 DogFest DFW event. 2019 will mark the 5th annual event. Participant Recruitment Chair/Co-Chairs must be available to meet once a month for committee meetings and have availability to assist committee members in recruiting teams and participants. Position description is below but subject to change. Participant Recruitment Chair/Co-Chair candidates will need to meet with DogFest Event Chair before being accepted for the position.
- Work with DogFest Event Chair to set a goal for number of participants and teams to recruit to reach the fundraising total.
- Committee targets recruitment from different sectors including Canine Companions teams, Sponsor teams, and Community teams.
- Committee to determine target list; divide and conquer.
