  • Work with Community Manager who will follow-up with recipients of Washougal Schools Foundation (WSF) grants, scheduling appointments to interview the teachers, obtaining updates on how the event/activity funded by the WSF Grant enriched the learning experience.
  • Capture fun photos of the event/activity.
  • Send photos to the appropriate folks (Social Media Coordinator, Board President) for sharing!

Serving A Community In Need

The Washougal School District serves 3,015 students in seven schools in rural Southwest Washington. Our community has many families in need. The mean average for all schools with students receiving free or reduced fee lunches is 42%.

Priorities

The Foundation recognizes that there are many areas of need in our community today, and not enough financial resources to go around. The Foundation believes that wise investment in the education of our students will help prepare them to constructively participate in the improvement of our community.
