Enjoy our youth by volunteering at Wilder Elementary School. Time commitment isn't long, you visit once a week for 5 weeks, approx. 45 min each time. So a total of 5 visits! You'll enjoy our predesigned curriculum, you don't have to think of anything, we do all the work for you. Each session has a fun activity with the students so they never get bored. You are the highlight to their school day and you'll be greeting with hugs and cheers. Or if you would like you can co-teach the program with another person. Give it a try!

Junior Achievement will prepare young people to successfully navigate their economic future. Through learning experiences that simulate future success and support career discovery, JA programs provide students with the financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness skills that they will need to become responsible citizens and succeed in a global economy.
Description
Junior Achievement has been helping Wisconsin youth to recognize how their talent and abilities can create better lives for themselves and those around them since 1941. JA brings volunteers from the community face to face with students for the simplest of human interaction--sharing. Volunteers make economic concepts relevant, fuel the entrepreneurial spirit, and challenge the students to excel. Annually over 133,000 young people, kindergarten through 12th grade, participate in programs to help them use information, think critically, and solve complex problems.
