Do you have a passion for feeding children in need? If you do then our 501c3 non profit, Operation Full Bellies, may be a great fit for you.
We are looking for 1 fantastic individual to help coordinate our ongoing food drive program. Much of the work would be virtual: approaching potential stores, businesses, churches and civic groups to hold food drives for our kids. Some face to face: meeting those interested in feeding kids with us. Some onsite (1-2x per month):' working food drives along side other volunteers. Overall time commitment would be between 4-12 hours a month.
Our Operation Full Bellies program was founded in 2009 and we are currently feeding 158 children a week with weekend bags of food containing 6 meals and 4 snacks every week of the year. This requires us to collect and/or purchase food for 948 meals and 632 snacks each week!
This is an important and vital service for our clients. It takes an army to Eradicate Child Hunger. Will you join us?
