Position: Committee Coordinator
Haitian Association of Indiana is looking to build a team of volunteer coordinators to help the growing Haitian community in Indiana
Duties/Responsibilities
- Work with committee chair/director to drive operating procedures and committee strategy
- Attend meetings and events mandated by the director
- Present or share ideas to uplift the committee
- Escalate issues and risks to the director
- Document improvement for the committee
- Be able to build and work in teams
- Be willing to learn and take initiatives
- Work with other committee coordinators to help drive events
- 2-3 hours a week needed
