Video record and /or livestream with recording our event's presentations. Sessions go 9am - 3pm on Saturday. 8am arrival in order to test.
Optionally, video Friday evening Social dinner and the Monarch Butterfly Waystations presentation
Testing on FRIDAY is preferred. we'll be setting up 8:30 - 4 (or later) on Friday.
We want to end up with links we can share with those who missed, so they can see each presentation on some of the activities of theday.
