Lend a hand, fill your heart!

We are looking for volunteers to help with the Spring Sprint Triathlon on April 13 th and 14 th. By lending a hand you’re helping your community members reach their goals!
We have many volunteer opportunities available for this event:

Friday, April 13 th

Help with swim timing at our facilities, packet pick up and t-shirts.
Times and Locations:
Downtown YMCA- 6 volunteers at 5:15am -9am, I know it’s early but what a great start to the day! We can do shifts if needed.
West YMCA- 6 volunteers at 11:15am - 1pm
West YMCA - 10 volunteers at 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Caldwell YMCA - 4 volunteers at 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturday, April 14 th- Volunteers are needed from 7:30am - 1pm at Camel’s Back Park *Shifts are an option
Help with all aspects of the Triathlon:
Set up of transition area
Set up of Finish line
Awards
Refuel station - food and drinks for finishers
T-shirts & late packet pick up
Course Monitors
Transition Monitors
Water Stations & More!!
