Seeking outgoing volunteers to serve as Receptionist in our Punta Gorda office. Duties to include answer/direct phone calls, greet visitors, and receive/sort mail. We currently have a need to fill the 12pm-4pm shifts on Wednesdays,Thursdays and Friday's.
Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit Christian organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing. We are always looking for enthusiastic, motivated volunteers to join us in our mission to provide affordable homes to low-income families. Your efforts will make a tremendous impact in the lives of our Habitat homeowners and their families.

People who work with Habitat have committed to work with families in their communities, putting Jesus Christ's teachings into practice by building and renovating houses. Habitat realizes that the enormous challenges of eradicating of poverty housing and the housing shortage can be overwhelming for just one group. However, if substandard housing becomes socially and morally unacceptable, and the issue of decent housing finds a permanent place in the hearts and minds of everyone around the world, the problem can be overcome and the vision can become a reality.
