The Kush Desai Foundation believes in paying it forward, lifting the less fortunate, and building a strong community. We support quality social programs, fund the development of future leaders, and are creating greater connectivity between social organizations.

We are actively looking for volunteer non-profit board members to fill the positions of President and Treasurer.

The positions require an annual time commitment of 24 hours a year, which equates to about 2 hours per month.

Responsibilities include attending quarterly board meetings in-person, attending monthly meetings by phone, contributing (ideas, efforts, and funds) to reach annual fundraising goals, voting on and providing inputs on organization issues via email and phone and being a representative for the agency in the Fort Collins community.

The board position is for a term of three years.

Treasurer:

The treasurer shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and shall cause to be kept and maintained, adequate and correct books and records of accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Corporation. The treasurer shall cause to be deposited, all money and other valuables in the name and to the credit of the Corporation with those depositories that may be designated by the Board of Directors, shall cause to be disbursed funds of the Corporation as may be ordered by the Board of Directors, and shall have other powers and perform other duties that may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or these Bylaws.
