After completion of Lead2Change programming, students are armed with tools to live their life on purpose. Whether participating on our Lead2Change Interact Club, or preparing for purposeful careers through our Dream.Explore.Build. career readiness program, students are equipped to l ive their life by design and not by default.
Soon, students will be participating in our signature Etiquette Boot Camps. In preparation for a career focused internship experience students learn effective interviewing techniques, the art of networking and dining 101 to name a few. Immediately after learning students will meet with professionals like YOU to put into practice what they’ve learned.
Come join us and provide an opportunity for students to sharpen their skills. On Saturday, April 14th participate in speed interviews with students and provide feedback so they can be ready for their internship interviews the following week.

Mission Statement

To empower and inspire youth to be catalysts for change in their communities.

Description

Lead2Change (L2C) is the result of exponential growth and a comprehensive needs assessment conducted in the summer of 2009 by founding L2C members, formerly known as the Youth Advisory Council. As stated in the needs assessment by Milwaukee youth, the Greater Milwaukee area was in need of more youth leadership and service opportunities. Since 2011, L2C has endeavored to help fill this gap as a youth leadership organization committed to authentically engaging young people in leadership opportunities that prepare them to be successful leaders in college, their careers, and the community.
