Hello!
The Survivant Organization (TSO), a non-profit located dedicated to assisting female victims of domestic and sexual violence aged 16-24, is seeking a dedicated audio composer/producer/engineer to help create the score for a true crime docuseries currently filming in Washington, DC.
TSO will be exploring a cluster of unsolved murders of African-American girls that occurred over 30 years ago. It is our hope that the docuseries will help raise awareness and educate viewers on disparities across race regarding crimes against women of color versus other races in society. A compelling score is wanted/needed as it is integral to the success of the project. Bonus points if you have a studio and/or a studio you are familiar with to complete this project.
We really believe in this project so if you are interested in getting started with our team, we are looking for dedicated, reliable women who want to affect change and work to achieve gender equality around the world. It will be an awesome experience. THIS IS A NON-PAYING OPPORTUNITY.

Description
The Survivant Organization (TSO) is a newly formed non-profit dedicated to eradicating domestic and sexual violence in females aged 16-24 through research, interactive education, and advocacy. One in every four women will experience domestic and/or sexual violence. But girls in this age range are four times more likely to experience these kinds of violence over any other age group. TSO implements programs that increase awareness, create safety plans, facilitate legal representation, and provide additional neccessities for survivors on their journey to recovery. Every woman we assist will be provided with holistic solutions, guiding survivors towards a life free from violence and abuse.
