CASA volunteers are assigned to children in the foster care system. Volunteers visit children a minimum of once per month to ensure safety, permanency and well being. Volunteers facilitate services to meet the child's needs. Volunteers submit a written report to the court, attorneys, and DFCS with the facts of the case and recommendations for the child's best interest.
