Are you detail oriented and passionate about finding forever homes for homeless dogs? We are looking for an Adoption Application Manager to join our growing Management Team. This role plays a critical part in helping to expedite our application processing for potential adoptive families, helping us with our mission to help rescue dogs.

APPLICATION MANAGER - The role of the Application Manager (AM) is primarily focused on processing/distributing adoption applications to the proper Adoption Coordinators. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following types of activities:

-Exporting applications to the processing spreadsheet.
-Performing the clearance checks as it relates to reference checks, veterninarian checks, home ownership/landlords checks.
-Forwarding the application to the responsible Adoption Coordinator.

The Application Manager position requires someone with excellent communication and organization skills, good management skills and the ability to enforce policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rescuing pets facing euthanasia, will be comfortable working a diverse group of people and will be familiar with New Love Animal Rescues mission, goals and programs.

This role requires approximately 3 +/- hours a week regularly. This role is critical to support the daily operations of New Love Animal Rescue. This is a volunteer position on the Management Team. Previous rescue experience required: ability to address applicant information that may require additional screening.

Training/on-boarding will be provided.
