Help AWEE sort through the donations received at the annual Cocktails & Clothing Event. That evening generous donors fill up a U-Haul van with women’s business clothing. Help us get those clothes sorted, hung on hangers and ready for their new owners.

Description
Every program and every service at AWEE is designed to prepare our participants for work, help them find and keep jobs, develop their self-esteem and be inspired by their own success. AWEE’s focus- our only focus - is workforce development: helping Arizonans find jobs, keep their families together, become financially independent and contribute to their community .
Since 1981, as Arizona’s premiere nonprofit workforce development organization, AWEE has used research-based, results-driven programs and services to teach and coach participants and connect them to job opportunities.
Among the more than 200,000 women and men we have helped are underserved populations including veterans, domestic violence survivors young adults and mature workers.
AWEE provides the tools for change, independence, self-reliance and community revitalization to advance Arizona’s workforce. Providing someone with the opportunity to earn dignity through work is giving them the power to change their life.
