At Light The Night, an inspirational evening walk, it is our aim to bring light to the darkness of cancer through research and cures. Light The Night is a fundraising walk benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. We bring communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost.
Our walk is on November 2, 2018 at Nissan Stadium- Lot R. Registration begins at 5:30 pm. We will have opportunities to volunteer any time between 9 am, when we begin our setup process, through 10 pm when the walk is over and we are cleaning up.

Mission Statement
The mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
We work tirelessly to find cures and ensure patients can access the lifesaving treatments they need. When someone experiences the fear and uncertainty of a blood cancer diagnosis, we provide hope, compassion, education and support. Our impact is felt beyond blood cancer. The breakthrough treatments we helped advance for blood cancers are now improving the lives of people affected by many types of cancer.
Description
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Tennessee Chapter was founded in 1981 to serve residents who have been touched by one of the blood cancers: leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma. The chapter serves 95 counties in the state of Tennessee.
