Ronald McDonald House is seeking a volunteer who has transportation and the ability to travel about the metro area and post flyers to help create awareness about our organization. We have designed a flyer to post in public spaces on community boards, for example the bulletin board in coffee shops, gyms, etc. We would like this to be at leas a twice per month activity, depending on the amount time the volunteer has to give. We will have flyers printed and a list of locations and addresses to visit. We would like this volunteer to complete an orientation here at the House and become educated about the RMH Organization so they can be an ambassador in the community for RMH. As time goes by, identify new or additional locations to post at and also share ideas on creating new flyers so that we can change things up and keep things fresh.
This could be 2 hours a week, or 3 every other week, or 5 hours a month? The timeframe and frequency are flexible, and an efficient planner can visit several locations in a short period of time.
