The SI4DEV mentoring program aims to develop positive one-on-one relationships between mentors who are professionals and our volunteers and partners - community leaders in Nigeria between the ages of 21 and 35.
The program will match mentors with partners based on shared interests, qualifications and experience. Mentors will serve as constructive role models and consistent sounding boards for the partner's ideas, initiatives and projects. Mentors will agree to spend at least two hours a week for six months engaging with the mentee and other volunteers via email, phone calls and Whatsapp or other IM platforms agreed with the SI4DEV staff.
