We are having a dance on Friday, March 23, 2018.
We need volunteers to help with set up, decorations, DJ, concessions, photo booth, and clean up.
1:30-3:30 Set up, we need to move tables out of cafeteria and set up concessions, photo booth, welcome table
3:30-4:30 decorate
5:30-7:30 Greeters, Concessions,Games, and Photo booth
7:30-9:00 Chaperones, Concessions and Games
9:00-11:00 Tear down and Clean Up
