One of the many wonderful classes we offer is De Familia a Familia. It is a free, 12-session education program for family, significant others, and friends of people living with mental illness. The class taught in Spanish and is designed to be culturally competent for Latino communities.
Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.

NAMI De Familia a Familia is taught by NAMI- trained by family members who have been there and includes presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.
Training Starts 8/3/18
