Destiny Heights School of Ministry, is a new ministry training entity who will be opening doors in the Philadelphia Metro Area this coming September. We're excited for the opportunity to help Christian Believers prepare for various areas in ministry as they feel called to.

In order to do that, we're looking for a Spirit-filled Believer with Human Resource expertise to help us set up our "office" (i.e. ensure proper paperwork, policies/SOPs written, job descriptions, staff training, staff management, etc.). As this individual will be in direct communication with the CEO and Executive Team, it will be ideal to reside within the Philadelphia Metro Area. Most communications and meetings will occur remotely, but at times, a face to face may be necessary to address specific tasks.
