Volunteers are needed to drive Food Boxes to clients participating in our Pantry to Pantry Program. These clients are medically home bound and live in Brunswick and Topsham.
Volunteers will drive their own vehicles on predetermined routes to drop off the food. In some circumstances for volunteers over the age of 21 with a clear driving record, drivers can use our vans. Volunteers must be able to lift and move about 40lbs without assistance.
The Drivers work on Thursdays from about 10:30-12:30, picking the food up from MCHPP and delivering to the client's homes. MCHPP is able to give Drivers maps of their routes. Volunteers have no commitment in regards to frequency of support.
