Volunteers are needed on a daily basis to take care of the kitties at our Jordan Creek Petco (West Des Moines) satellite adoption location, i.e. cleaning cages, scooping litter boxes, and feeding. It typically takes 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the tasks and spend a little time loving on the kitties and visiting with customers. You can choose the day of the week that works best for your schedule (every other week) and can go anytime between the morning hours of 9:00 - 11:00 or the evening hours of 5:00 - 8:00. Volunteers between the ages of 12 - 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian that is also a PETS volunteer.
Noble Hours are available to high school students enrolled in that volunteer program.
