Compassionate Companion Volunteer Training
Thursday, September 13th 6 pm - 8:30 pm and Saturday, September 15th 9 am - 2 pm. Must be able to attend BOTH!

These are our volunteers that volunteer directly with our palliative care patients providing often times socialization and some respite for caregivers. The time commitment is once a week for about an hour but is flexible as it is between you and the patient. We are also looking to add a musician and a pet therapist to our team. If interested, please email volunteers@hospiceofanchorage.org or call me 561-5322 to schedule a time to come in to chat.
