WiNGS financial coaching provides support to RiSE program members to accomplish their financial goals. Financial coaches do this by implementing the WiNGS Coaching model of goal setting, action planning, and providing task accountability for members. WiNGS financial coaches meet with members initially at the WiNGS Center. Coaching sessions can be group coaching and / or 1:1 coaching sessions based on the coaching schedule. During each meeting, members share their progress and challenges related to financial goals. The financial coach is responsible for engaging the member in problem solving, checking for goal accountability providing tools and encouragement, making referrals when necessary, and tracking and recording all progress towards goals.
