The Harbour offers young women coping skills and educational opportunities that will help them adjust during emerging adulthood. Our staff provides on-going support, though we are always seeking volunteers to help facilitate individual and group settings.
The Harbour has the following opportunities available:
* Grief and Loss (Group)
* Art - all mediums (Group)
* Meditation
* Conflict resolution in the workplace
* Dress for Success (how to land the interview)
* Effective Communication
* Baking and Cooking
If you have a skill to share, please email us at general@theharbour.org.
Generally speaking, volunteer opportunities are reserved for adults and small groups. We cannot accommodate small children or large groups until summer when we have landscaping/yard work opportunities.
