Volunteers needed to help set up/tear down, registration, water stops, start/finish line and other run related activities.
All volunteers will receive a 2018 5K t shirt. This is a great opportunity for family members to volunteer together.
Last year we had over 300 participants. All dollars raised go to providing our residential clients with a Basket of Hope. The Basket of Hope contains: new sheets, towels, blanket, pillow, personal hygiene items and a journal. Though it may be challenging to imagine, many of our clients come to us with few or little amenities. Our Basket of Hope offers a positive beginning step to an individual's recovery journey. If we exceed fundraising goals for the Basket of Hope, all additional revenue will be used to provide people access to treatment.

Description
Sojourner Recovery Services is a non-profit organization that provides substance abuse treatment for women, men, adolescents and their families. Founded in 1984, we are located in Butler County, Ohio. While our programs are considered to be among the best, it's our staff that makes the difference. Experienced counselors, professionals and volunteers - many of whom are recovering from addiction themselves - genuinely care about each and every person's success. Funded by Local United Ways & Butler County Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services Board.
