As a hospice volunteer you are an integral part of the care team and play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for each patient. This care includes providing support and companionship to the patient and his or her family during the remaining days of his/her life and to the surviving family following the patient's death. If you would like to learn the backside of hospice, you may provide supportive services in the office and public relations.
