Birthplace of the Civil Rights Movement, Atlanta has been the premier destination for Urban Film Review's Black History Film Festival.

In collaboration with Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington, Jr., BHFF will have an essay and film competition open to all students who live in Fulton County, GA.
