The Center for African American Health’s Annual Collaborative Health and Wellness Fair attracts over 1,000 individuals and families each year to increase access to critical health information and FREE health screenings. We are very excited that you are interested in participating as a volunteer in our 16th Annual Collaborative Health Fair!
We ask that volunteers sign up for the time slots provided.

Time: Check-in & Set-up: 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. - Lower Level
Health Fair Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Exhibitors must remain open during these hours)

The Center offers health screenings and information about high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate cancer, colon cancer, and breast cancer.
In addition the Center offers disease management and health promotion classes such as diabetes prevention,diabetes self management, chronic disease self-management, nutrition/healthy cooking, and exercise and nutrition classes for seniors.
