Facing Giants Inc. is looking for members of the community who are passionate about youth development to mentor students at Johnsonville Elementary School. Initially, mentorship will occur at a minimum of once every other week (once a week preferred) during the students scheduled lunch period. The lunch periods are from 10:30am to 12:00pm and are 30 minutes each. Qualified individuals selected to be mentors will go through a pairing process to ensure success in the mentor / mentee relationship. All mentor volunteers will be required to consent to a background check which will be conducted by Harnett County Schools.
