York County REACT uses two way radio technology to provide community service. Opportunities include event communications at community events like fairs, parades and walk-a-thons, Emergency Communications (EmComm) in support of local government and hospitals and NWS Skywarn, NationalSOS and Neighborhood watch programs and our motorist safety program.
We are looking for volunteers in York and Adams counties in PA and Baltimore County in MD. York County REACT invites individuals and families who have a desire to serve their community to join our team. We provide training for each area of volunteer service. We have junior memberships for children 12 to 17 years old and adult memberships for ages 18 and up. Annual dues and activity insurance premiums are required. We meet monthly at the location below.
