  • Overview: Provide medical support at the breakpoints along the route from Houston to Austin
    Event Dates: April 28-29, 2018
    Requirements:
  • Hold an active Medical Certification (i.e. MD/DO, PA, NP, RN, LVN, EMT-LP, EMT-P, AEMT, EMT-I, EMT-B, ECA)
  • Commit to at least one full day of volunteer service during ride weekend.

Your participation will drive multiple sclerosis research forward faster, and deliver services to those who face the challenges of MS every day so they can live their best lives.

The South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, TX is made up of five states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.

Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.

We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!

The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.

We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
