The American Red Cross aims to reduce the number of fire deaths in the U.S. by 25% within five years: a goal only possible through the power of volunteers and strong community coalitions. Please consider volunteering to support our activities in your community to save lives today!
As a Home Fire Campaign Volunteer you will help organize and execute smoke alarm installations. During the installs we go door to door installing smoke alarms and helping families create their own home fire evacuation plan.
We will also handle smoke alarm installations by appointment. This could be one apartment or house at a time or multiple locations.
