This program brings together engaging mentors and arts activities with youth throughout the Twin Cities. Through co-exploring themes and projects, this volunteer opportunity offers a facilitated space for youth to build meaningful relationships, unlock their creativity, and discover their potential.

We're currently looking for volunteers to participate on a weekly basis for an 12-week term. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are currently open, and we invite you to consider this as your next volunteer opportunity!

About Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities

Location:

Mission Statement

Create and support mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Description

Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities is the largest youth mentoring organization in the greater Twin Cities area serving Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka and parts of Dakota and Washington counties. Each year, we match up to 3,000 youth (Littles) and their families with caring adults (Bigs) who volunteer as youth mentors.

All youth benefit from having another caring adult in their life as they experience life's opportunities and challenges. With support of our community of participants, partners, staff and board, we want every young person to have a mentor, be affirmed in who they are, and explore who they want to be.
