Enhance the museum donor experience by providing a meaningful and grateful person-to-person interaction in support of the museum’s mission and success.

- Utilize Predetermined Call List
- Call donors to say "thanks!" with a provided guideline
- Leave voicemails if calls cannot be completed
- Track phone calls on a spreadsheet and additional feedback that is gathered during the phone conversation.
Provide feedback to supervisor
- Share any additional feedback directly to a supervisor that isn’t tracked on the spreadsheet including needs and concerns.
- Be attentive, knowledgeable, relevant and flexible.
