The New Moon Half & Quarter Marathon and Crescent Moon 5K takes place on Saturday evening, May 26th at 6pm, 2018 in downtown Delaware Oh. This Kick off to summer running race is brought to you by Greenswell. Greenswell, llc, is a Central Ohio Race Organizer, who has brought over 8 years of running and multi sport events to both Columbus and Delaware OH. This race features downtown Delaware as it’s back drop and also boasts a post celebration party where participants can experience the culture and personality of Delaware!! We need your help to make this event great! We are looking for Delaware residents that would like to help Course Marshall this event, ie, direct the runners on their path and keep them safe! We need more than 40 people to help marshall the runners! Volunteers receive fun race t shirt, food and drink, a free future running race, or discounted entry into Greenswell’s multi sport events. Email Teresa at volunteer@greenswell.com to sign up! non profit groups of 8 or more can earn a donation for their organization.

Mission Statement
Greenswell LLC is a race event organizer that promotes many philanthropic events supporting OSUs James Cancer Center, The OSU Ross Heart Hospital, Delaware Area People In Need, Local Boy Scouts, 4H Clubs, and many non profit organizations. We create racing experiences to not only challenge participants, but teach the community new skills. We create experiences that are unique with the variety of volunteers that serve the needs of the athletes.
Description
The Greenswell Foundation, LLC, was established in 2017 to make donations to non profit organizations that volunteer at many of Greenswell’s signature events. The Foundation supports volunteers in their participation by providing t shirts, food and drink, and donations to groups of 8 or more. Many of our race experiences are philanthropic, raising money for the health and welfare of our community.
