Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Ambassador

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk unites communities to support each other. We honor those touched by the disease and raise awareness and funds to create a world free from the pain and suffering caused by breast cancer. Each year, more than one million passionate participants support the noncompetitive three- to five-mile walks that are held in nearly 300 communities nationwide. Dollars raised by Making Strides supporters help the American Cancer Society ensure no one faces breast cancer alone by funding innovative breast cancer research; promoting education and risk reduction; and providing comprehensive patient support to those who need it most..
