Break Diving, Inc. is a not-for-profit tech startup.

Our mission is to inspire individuals around the world to go after their dreams, feel better about themselves, and find true friendship across town and across the globe. Instead of waiting for opportunities to float to the surface, Break Divers dive in to the cold and icy, shark-infested waters of resistance, and make their own breaks.

2. Join our worldwide community at https://www.breakdiving.io

3. Participate in the community and earn the QMR (quarterly minimum requirements)

Once you meet the QMR, and we are confident you actually care about our community and our members, we will review your application.

We are the Terms of Service Fairness Project (TOSFairness), a subsidiary of the NY not-for-profit Break Diving, Inc. You can see it in action at www.tosfairness.org

We are on the cusp of launching this new website that rates online terms of services, so that consumers and online users no longer have to blindly 'click to agree'.

Most people don't read the terms of service agreements they click. As a result, many companies use this to their advantage, by crafting terms of service agreements that are wholly unfair.

That's where we come in. We are a team of volunteer attorneys working together to do three things:

a) Review more Terms of Service agreements to help the public

b) Encourage more companies to utilize our online user bill of rights

c) Encourage more companies to post our rating on their website
