Do you have a friendly voice and phone skills? We are looking for someone to call our patients and check in on them. This would require you coming into our office and use our phone system. We would provide you with a list of which patients need to be called. One call usually only takes a few minutes if that. So if you are looking for a simple way to give back and have 1 or 2 hours to spare each week then this is it! No direct contact with patients! Only making phone calls! Brighten someone's day with a phone call!!!

Description
Grace Hospice cares for patients whose medical conditions are not responding to treatment or for those patients who choose to not seek aggressive medical care at the end stage of life. Hospice focuses on comfort care rather than curative care. The goal of hospice is for patients to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own home or the home of a loved one through the end of life. Care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility.
