Please consider sharing your time and talents with those in need. Our services have increased by 74% due to the financial devastation families are facing because of COVID-19. As a volunteer, you can help change the lives of our neighbors in crisis during this very uncertain time. Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are not holding Volunteer Orientations at this time. However, you can still begin volunteering with assurance that we have taken several precautionary measures with the heath and safety of our staff and volunteers as our top priority.

Essential Duties include...

  • Bag food for distribution meeting the requirements for each family size bag, making sure there are an adequate number of bags in each category for the amount of people we are serving that given day.
  • Organize and separate food donations according to type of food
  • Keep warehouse area clean and free from trash, this may include the need to sweep and/or mop
  • Break down boxes for recycling

  • Requires the ability to lift boxes/bags of up to 30 pounds
  • Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time while packing bags/boxes

  • Typical warehouse environment with normal conversational noise levels
For safety and protection, jeans and closed toe shoes must be worn at all time.
