At ChickTech, we believe every girl and woman has the right to fulfill their true potential. Through a variety of confidence and skill building experiences, we uplift and empower girls and women through the lens of technology. In the end, our goal is to get and keep girls and women in high tech and show them they are capable of doing - and being - anything they desire. Through service across the country, community members are joining us to bring these experiences to the girls and women who need them the most.
The Grant Writing Lead is a very important part of the Development and Fundraising Team at ChickTech-OC and is in charge of finding grant sponsorship opportunities and using the information provided to write compelling grant proposals. The funding brought in by grants will help us expand our existing programs and create new programs to help more women and girls in the Orange County area.
The perfect candidate for Grant Writing lead will be patient, highly attuned to detail, collaborative and passionate about empowering girls and women in technology. They will have good written communication skills, previous personal volunteer experience, and will be able to make a sustained, long-term commitment.
